Everything is energy. The Universe, you, me, everything! Science has confirmed what mystics have been saying for centuries, when you look into seemingly solid objects, there are smaller and smaller particles and more space, until you arrive at the quantum level, the field of infinite possibilities, Source itself.
Einstein said energy can neither be created nor destroyed just transformed into another form of energy. The law of attraction enables the intentional use of the source of creation – pure energy! You are always creating.
From the infinite field of Source energy to physical form, creation begins as the lightest impulse, becomes an inspired idea, a thought, then action until it is manifested on the physical plane. Thoughts, ideas and emotions are the pathways of energy, starting with subtle vibrations and becoming denser until they appear in form.
The law of attraction states that like energy attracts like energy. Energy flows where your attention goes. You will get more of whatever energy level you are vibrating at. Even if it is more of what you don’t want if your attention or emotions are focused on that. When you are in alignment with source energy you are powerfully creative and filled with joy, enthusiasm and inspiration.
3 Tips to focus your attention and get your energy flowing.
Gratitude. When you come from an attitude of gratitude you are open fully to the flow of source energy. Emotions are magnetic and draw like unto like. Find 5 things to be grateful for every day, you can always find more than 5 but use it as a starting point. You might like to write them down in a notebook every morning or evening. Open your heart to feel the gratitude as you do this exercise.
Breathing. Life is breathing in spirit – inspiration. Deep abdominal breathing helps to circulate energy through our body and releases tension, stress and acidity. Traditional Chinese Medicine emphasizes breathing into the lower belly. Start by breathing in through the nostrils, expanding the belly and letting the belly relax on the out breath. Mouth breathing is a wasted breath and does not enhance the Chi- life force energy. Try 3 minutes of deep breathing 3 times a day to release stale, stuck energy and bring in new life force.
Present Moment Awareness. When you make the present moment the focus, instead of the past or future, you enhance your connection to Source energy. Being in the moment increases your ability to enjoy what you do and you will find your quality of life improves. Find the joy of being in the moment in what you are doing. If you have tasks to do you hate or find stressful, can you open into acceptance or stop doing them. Delegate the tasks. Any stress will shut down your energy flow and take you out of the present moment awareness of joy.
Start now with taking a deep breath, on the exhalation think of something you are grateful for, you will naturally find yourself in the present moment. Have fun with the exercise.
