The Missing Dimension in the Law of Attraction

If you practice any of the common techniques for manifesting or introducing change into your life such as visualization,  the law of attraction, Affirmations, Subliminals, Hypnosis, Clearing / releasing techniques (like EFT, TFT, EMDR or the Sedona Method),  Meditation (of any kind),  Brainwave entrainment, Counseling or therapy and have ever wanted to experience  much better results from them, then I’m here with some great news for you today because what I’m about to tell you could make a dramatic difference to your life.

Without a healthy body and vibrant physical energy, the other dimensions will suffer significantly. It would make sense then to say that taking care of your physical body is the best way to  leverage better success in manifestation.

Now I want you to answer one very important question me. What is the single biggest affliction which affects your body and prevents it from working at peak performance?

If you answered ‘stress’, then you would be right.

Stress, with it’s annoying relatives, tension (sometimes even chronic tension) , pain and disease is one of if not the THE biggest obstacle people face when trying to manifest change in their life.

Improve Your Law of Attraction Efforts In Just 30 Minutes a Day

All you need to do is 30 minutes prior to doing any self-growth technique you like, simply get a good 20-minute cardio-vascular workout. This can be as simple as walking or just playing your favourite sport. As long as it pushes you just a little past your comfort zone, it has done the trick. Around 3-5 RPE for 20 minutes is usually recommended.

Cardiovascular exercise allows you to release tension and stress in all four dimensions and is especially good for you mentally and emotionally. But the benefits can also cross over into the spiritual realm as well as you feel more connected to who you are and what you are here to do.
